NAMI Montgomery County hosts Wellness Wednesday each month at the NAMI MontCo Office for a time for people to connect and have fun!
Come join us for a simple but meaningful act of kindness by writing letters to individuals receiving in-patient behavioral health care.
For this Wellness Wednesday, we’ll come together to write heartfelt, encouraging letters for individuals receiving behavioral health care. Your words can offer comfort, hope, and a reminder that no one is alone on their journey.
All materials will be provided. Light refreshments.
