Community Event: Wellness Wednesday @NAMI MontCo

NAMI Montgomery County hosts Wellness Wednesday on the 4th Wednesday of the month at the NAMI MontCo Office for a time for people to connect and have fun!

In April, we will be curating affirmation gardens, where participants will be able to make their own paper flowers and write personalized affirmations. Together, we’ll explore how simple creative practices can support confidence, emotional resilience, and stress reduction. You’ll walk away with a handmade flower and a powerful affirmation to keep or gift.
