Community Event: Wellness Wednesday @NAMI MontCo
NAMI Montgomery County hosts Wellness Wednesday at the NAMI MontCo Office for a time for people to connect and have fun!
This month’s Wellness Wednesday, the Peyton Heart Project will lead us in tagging some of their signature crocheted/knitted hearts.
On March 18th, join us for a meaningful and uplifting March Wellness Wednesday as we partner with the Peyton Heart Project to spread kindness, hope, and encouragement throughout our community.
During this hands‑on session, you’ll help tag colorful yarn hearts with inspirational messages. Each one is created to remind someone that they matter and are not alone. Whether you’re looking to unwind, connect with others, or make a positive impact, this event offers a warm and welcoming space to do just that.
