Community Event: Wellness Wednesday @NAMI MontCo

NAMI Montgomery County hosts Wellness Wednesday on the last Wednesday of the month at the NAMI MontCo Office for a time for people to connect and have fun!
February’s session will be hosted by Brittany Grala and will feature a creative art wellness experience, including mandala design and potential rock decorating. Lunch will be provided.
