Forbidden Drive Walk & Ice Cream

Forbidden Drive was named Trail of the Year in 2018 by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and is the Wissahickon Park’s most popular trail.was named Trail of the Year in 2018 by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and is the Wissahickon Park’s most popular trail.

We will walk the Forbidden Drive Walk trail for approximately 1 hour, then gather together for ice cream at Bruno’s (located near the trail head).

Parking is available at 200 W Northwestern Ave in Philadelphia, PA 19128

If you are taking public transportation, the trail can be accessed from SEPTA’s Regional Rail Manayunk/Norristown Line or Chestnut Hill East Line, in addition to the Wissahickon Transit Center

Bruno’s Restaurant: 9800 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444   << If you are using CCT or Uber, use this as your pick-up location
