Joining Heenk at the event will be several of her authors. \nHeenk\, a Dutch art historian turned publisher\, has made Amsterdam Publishers the leading international press for Holocaust memoirs. Over the past decade\, she has published more than 100 memoirs by survivors and their descendants\, many of which are now used in Holocaust education worldwide. \nJoining Heenk at the event will be several of her authors\, all of whom are also participating in the 2025 American Library Association (ALA) Conference in Philadelphia\, June 25–30. DESCRIPTION:Join us for an afternoon tour of Valley Forge Park. We’ll enjoy a guided bus tour that features some of the most scenic views of the park as well as many historic sites and monuments. \nThe tour bus is accessible and air conditioned. The Park provides this note regarding accessibility: \n\nVisitors with limited mobility should note that the group does move over uneven surfaces at Muhlenberg’s Brigade (first extended stop) and that it takes few minutes to exit the trolley and reach the Washington’s Headquarters building (second extended stop).\n\nTickets are $25 which includes transportation from neighborhood hubs and the guided bus tour of the park.
