DESCRIPTION:Tikvah is kicking off Mental Health Awareness Month with an Online Day of Giving on May 5th to help fund our provision of periodic skill building activities that integrate the pursuit of wellness in its physical and mental domains. This initiative will allow members to connect with themselves and others through stimulating experiences including\, but not limited to\, arts & crafts\, culinary arts\, meditative practices\, music\, storytelling\, writing\, and physical movement. Sessions will be professionally led by content area experts. \nYou can support Tikvah through our Day of Giving Campaign by donating using this DONATION LINK  or call the Tikvah office at 215.832.0671 on May 5 or 6\, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4 p.m.\, to make a pledge that can be paid by check.
